Digital Millenium Copyright Act harassment

Some weeks ago I received a notice on my dashboard informing me that my post Veidi näiteid mineraalkosmeetika eksitava reklaami kohta (about Estonian e-stores that sell and advertise MMU) received a complaint. It was removed from my active blog and set as draft, telling me to look it over and remove the offending content.
I was baffled and at first thought maybe it was the company that got the worst review and complained about something but this was not the case.  Anyway - I looked it over, saw no offending links or copyright infringements (all copied texts are nicely linked to respective sources) and asked for clarification.
Google then sent me a copy of the original complaint filed by International Federation of the Phonographic Industry. In their complaint they asked Google to remove my post because it supposedly contained a link to some copyrighted video material. I was surprised.
After exchanging some e-mails Google pardoned me and allowed me to put content back up. The IFPI buggers have still not apologized though. THIS is not an apology and I'm definitely NOT happy with the explanation I received from IFPI:

Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your email.  We have investigated the matter internally and it appears that, despite our earlier good faith belief, the video does not infringe our members rights.  We have informed Google accordingly.
 Yours faithfully
IFPI Notices

(My question still remains: what video???)

Anybody else have some weird experiences like that?
